to Perth Australia. On arrival into Perth you will be met and
assisted with your transfer to your hotel. This afternoon your
Mariners Tour begins with a scenic cruise on the Swan river
which includes a detailed commentary plus tea, coffee and biscuits.
Cruise down the beautiful Swan river to Fremantle to enjoy a
tour of the Historic Port City. See Fremantle Harbour and the
markets. Time is allowed for you to learn of the seafaring
history at one of the Maritime Museums. Return to Perth via
the beautiful metropolitan beach area.

Depart Perth in a unique 4-wheel drive vehicle, and travel to
a koala wildlife park where you encounter cute koalas. Continue
on through gently undulating countryside alive with wildflowers.
Keep a lookout for wild kangaroos and emus. Arriving into the
fishing village of Cervantes, visit the Stromatolites, the world
oldest living organism the enter the Painted Desert to see the
mystical Pinnacles, ancient limestone pillars rising in contrast
to the sandy dunes and enjoy lunch. Leaving the Nambung National
Park continue on to Grey a shanty town of lobster fishermen's
huts scattered amid sand-dunes beside the beautiful crystal
clear Indian Ocean. More sand tracks lay ahead until we emerge
atop a hill and enjoy 180 degree views of the most remote and
beautiful beaches you will ever see. You may see dolphins and
seals before descending to the beach for a thrilling drive beside
the foaming waves. Continue to the fishing village of Wedge
Point where you enter the brilliant white sand-dunes, Australia's
own Sahara Desert. After the excitement of the dunes drive
through wild bush country where you will see more varieties
of wildflowers and in the late afternoon the chance to see wild
kangaroos. Pass through sand-dunes at Lancelin before rejoining
the bitumen for our run back into the city. (arrive Perth,
approximately 8.00 PM).

to board your scenic flight to the Argyle Diamond Mine. On
arrival you will receive a comprehensive tour of the world’s
biggest diamond producer producing the rare and extremely valuable
pink diamonds. Your tour will take in the various aspects
of diamond mining and processing and highlights include a visit
to the Open pit (safety and security conditions permitting),
a visit to the Diamond Viewing Room to see displays of rough
and polished diamonds and a full buffet luncheon at the Argyle
Village. You will also have the opportunity to visit the general
store where small selctions of genuine Argyle Daimonds can be
purchased. On completion of your visit return to Kununurra
enjoying a scenic flight over the Bungle Bungle Ranges, Lake
Argyle and the Ord River Dam, Packsaddle Plains Irrigation Area

View the new Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre, and learn
about local Aboriginal culture. After lunch visit Nourlangie
Rock, an area of great archaeological significance and Aboriginal
rock art, before continuing to Jabiru township.

Rock) where a great number of rock drawings can be viewed.
